TLA visit Superbloom

TLA visit Superbloom

A super social event for TLA, which we organise from time to time to enjoy one another’s company outside our busy studio environment.

Located in the Tower of London moat and created by University of Sheffield Professor of Planting Design Nigel Dunnett with Grant Associates, Superbloom is a temporary wildflower planting display that has been designed to attract pollinators.

The term ‘superbloom’ was coined in the 1990s to describe the botanical phenomenon of an unusually high proportion of wildflower seeds blooming together, following mass germination after a period of dormancy and heavy rain.

We certainly enjoyed it!
