Collectively we visited the revitalised public realm at Regent’s Place, which comprises a network of fresh welcoming spaces, connected by lush green routes between and around the buildings.
Regent’s Place is a 13-acre mixed-use campus owned by British Land. Predominantly office space, the development fronts Euston Road and is roughly between King's Cross and Paddington, and neighbours Regent's Park. Phase 2 has recently opened, following on from Phase 1 which opened earlier this Summer.
There are a good selection of shade tolerant plant species, beautiful late spring bulbs, and several different bench typologies that define the character areas, from conversational timber bench seating, lit at night, to playful stone slabs that make great gathering spaces.
Both performance and seating installations are happily situated close to bars and cafes, which proved a popular choice as a place to extend our evening!
