Paris and Hatfield Planning Approved

Full planning permission and listed building consent have been granted for the re-use and extension of 4-5 Paris Garden and redevelopment of 18-19 Hatfields to create a over 14,500sqm of new office space in a single building within the London Borough of Southwark (LBS).

Overall, the scheme by Tate Hindle Architects for Overcourt proposed a total of provided within a unified single building, with heights of up to 11 storeys; The landscape design proposals extend across multiple levels including the public realm and 3 accessible amenity roof levels.

At the heart of the scheme a new landscape courtyard is designed across an approximate 1.5m level change traversing the route from street level, direct via stepped routes either side of a sloped pathway enabling pedestrians to move from Paris Garden to Hatfields.
