Claremont Park at Brent Cross South receives Planning!

Full planning permission has been granted for Claremont Park within the London Borough of Barnet.

The 2.07Ha park is one of the main open green spaces at the heart of the Brent Cross South Development, which is being developed by Argent Related alongside Barnet Council. The park forms a key neighbourhood space for existing and future residents of the local area providing an everyday local park with formal and informal recreational spaces, play and sports opportunities all set within a natural landscape setting.

In addition to the park Townshend Landscape Architects are working on the overall masterplan for Brent Cross South Development, the development proposes to provide a mix of homes and jobs in addition to the various open spaces, community facilities and infrastructure require to support this.
